How long does delivery take from time of ordering?

If you are ordering from our 'ready-to-write' invitation range, your order will be processed and posted within two days. For stationery that will need to be personalised, it can take up to 4 weeks depending on your order. See how we work, for a more comprehensive breakdown of this process.

Should I order extra invitations for spare?

It’s always a good idea to allow between 5-10 additional invitations or cards for any mishaps, or last minute guests. It’s much more economical to order a few extras at the beginning, as an additional print order will have the minimum order of 50.

Why is there a minimum order?

Because all of our stationery is printed on a professional digital press, this quantity is the most economical quantity to print.

Can I get a printed sample of my invitation before I order?

You cannot get an exact sample with your wording, due to the nature of the printing. But you can order a sample pack that includes a selection of different designs, paper stocks, envelopes & printed colour swatches. If you have a particular design your are interested in, please put it in the notes section, and we will do our best to include that sample in your pack.

What kind of printing do you use?

We use a professional digital press. Digital printing is a quality, and less expensive printing method than more traditional offset printing, that still gives great results. Not only is it more affordable, but it also has the added benefit of giving you the flexibility to print individual guest names on each invite if you wish. All of our stationery and Invitations are printed here in Perth to ensure we have control over the quality.

I like one of your designs, but I want it in a different colour. Can I change the colour?

Sure! Have a look at our 'house' colour swatches in the Colour Alteration section on the Custom page, and see if there are any colours that fit what you’re after. If you use any of these colours, this is considered a Colour Alteration. If you would like a special colour created to match a specific fabric or sample, we can do this too. This is considered a Custom Colour. A colour change and custom colour may both come with additional costs which will differ depending on the complexity of the design.

I like one of your designs, but I want to use a different font. Can I change the fonts?

All elements of each design have been carefully considered so that the fonts and graphic elements all work together cohesively. However, we are open to change them if you would like something different. Contact us with your ideas, and we will be happy to work with you to achieve the outcome you desire.

Can I change the wording on the invitation or other stationery from the sample image on the website?

Yes. You can have whatever wording you like. When you complete your purchase, you will get sent with relevant forms to fill in with your own wording, which will then be typeset into the design to create your artwork for print.

Do you offer a custom design service?

Of course we do. We can create an invite or matching stationery for any event to fit in with a particular style or theme that you would like. Just head to our custom page, where you can fill in a form to send to us with your details and requirements. We will then get back to you with a quote.

What different Paper Stocks do you offer?

We have various different paper stocks available in our stationery to suit many different styles. An ultra smooth white stock, a white and an ivory stock with a Metallic finish, a white textured paper stock, and our 'Eco-Natural' paper stock, which is 100% recycled which is brown in colour. All of our papers are of premium quality and thickness (300gsm), for ultimate luxury. The best way to see which stock best fits the style of your even, is to order a sample pack.

What different envelopes to you offer?

All of the stationery that include envelopes will say on the details page before you order it. They are all priced including a premium felt textured envelope. If you are upgrading to the metallic stock, you may also want choose to a metallic envelope to match. Some invitations are also available to be upgraded to a woven linen textured envelope. These come in various colours, and are available with or without a coloured liner (also available in various colours). Each invite has had a particular colour and liner combination chosen to suit the design, But if you would like something different, contact us to see what is available.

Note: these envelopes are only made in certain sizes, so they are not available with all invitations, depending on their size. If you have a particular idea of a different colour or style of envelope, contact us, to see what we can source.

What are the envelope liners?

Envelope liners really do add an ultra premium finish to the stationery. They are a coloured, textured piece of paper, that sit inside the envelope. They come flat packed separate to the envelopes, so they do require a small level of preparation. If you choose to have envelope liners, we will send you complementary glue tape to make they job easy and enjoyable.

Why is the design I like, not available with all paper & envelope stocks?

We have chosen the paper & envelopes stocks that best fit the design. And not all the envelope stocks are available in all sizes. If you would like a design in a different paper or envelope stock option that is available, please contact us to discuss what we can do for you.
