How we work
Step 1 - Browse
Sit back, have a cuppa, and take a look at our designs on our online boutique and see what takes your fancy. All of our invitations and stationery are available for purchase online only. For weddings, we highly recommended that you order a sample pack, to show you colours, print & paper quality. It is best to make sure you have it right before you invest in your stationery for your special day.
Step 2 – Purchase & Confirmation
At the checkout, select one of our payment methods that best suits you. Once purchased, we will send you confirmation via email. If you are ordering from our 'ready-to-write' invitation range, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 days of ordering. If you are ordering stationery that needs to be personalised, we will email you the relevant forms to fill in with your wording and details to send back, if required.
Step 3 – Artwork
Once you’ve had a chance to finesse your wording and email it back to us, the creation of your artwork begins.
Step 4 – Proof Approval
Proofs are scheduled from the time the order is complete with payment and the relevant completed forms are received. Allow 1 week to receive a PDF Proof for you to approve. We allow to make one round of changes only. Once we have received final written approval from you, off to press we go!
Step 5 – Printing & Delivery
From approval, to printing and delivery of your stationery, allow 1-2 weeks for Party and Baby stationery, and for Wedding stationery (which is usually a little bit more complex), allow 2-3 weeks. If you are getting a custom design, it is best to allow 8-10 weeks. If required swiftly, be sure to let us know before you order, so we can ensure to meet your deadline.
