Refunds or Exchanges
For all personalised invitations and stationery, refunds cannot be given once the printing has commenced. After the initial order has been placed, providing the job has not gone to print, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred to cover design and admin costs.
All pricing listed on the Pretty Paper Co. website is in Australian Dollars and is inclusive of 10% GST. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
All designs and concepts on The Pretty Paper Co. website are protected by copyright law. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by The Pretty Paper Co. and may not be copied reproduced in whole or part under any circumstances.
As all designs are exclusive to The Pretty Paper Co., a copyright credit will be printed on each stationery item for the acknowledgement and protection of The Pretty Paper Co. This credit is as unobtrusive as possible to ensure it does not interfere with the overall quality of the final product.
A sample pack is available for clients to purchase. This includes a selection of different designs, paper stocks, envelopes & printed colour swatches, to give a good idea of the print quality and tactility of paper and envelope stocks. It is possible that slight variations in colour can occur from the colour swatches in the sample pack and your final printed product, due to differences in printing ink and paper stocks. Within your sample pack, will also receive a redemption code for the cost of the sample pack that can be used against your future stationery purchase.
Supplying Copy for Wording
Once your order has been placed, you will get sent the relevant forms to fill out for your stationery wording. Your artwork will be created using the exact copy that you supply us for the wording. Please note that we do not check information, spelling, grammar or punctuation. Any corrections or additions sent through after the wording form has been submitted, may incur an additional fee charged to the customer.
Supplying Guest names
If you have chosen to have individual guest names printed on your stationery, and or address labels, you will be sent the relevant forms once your order has been received. Please ensure all names and addresses are correct and spelt correctly, exactly as you wish for them to appear, as the names will not be editable once supplied.
If you are supplying The Pretty Paper Co. with photography for your stationery, the easiest way is to send them via email. Alternatively, you can send a disk or hard copy in the post, which will be returned with your order. However The Pretty Paper Co. will take no responsibility for loss or damages that occur in the mail. To ensure your stationery has a quality finish, it is important that you send us the highest resolution images from your camera. The Pretty Paper Co. will check the images once received to ensure they are of suitable quality to print from, and reserve the right to refuse them if they are not suitable.
Ownership of Images - Please be aware of that professional photographs may be subject to copyright, and cannot be reproduced without permission of the photographer. By supplying images to The Pretty Paper Co. you certify that you have the rights to the image, or have permission from the photographer to use them. If the person in the image in under 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby or child, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the images provided. By supplying images to The Pretty Paper Co. you agree to indemnify The Pretty Paper Co. and its agents for all liabilities, damages and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copywritten images.
You will be sent a PDF proof to check the content of your stationery. Please note that colours and photographs may differ slightly from your proof to your finished print, as all computer screens will display the colours differently. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all details, spelling, grammar and punctuation is correct. Once the proof has been approved in writing, no alterations may be made. Alterations One round of text changes is included within the cost at the proofing stage. If any changes are made after the second Proof, additional costs will be incurred. In this instance, the order will be put on hold until additional payments have been made.
Slight colour variation can occur from the colour swatches in the sample pack and your final printed product, due to differences in printing ink and paper. It is also possible that slight colour differences may occur between each piece printed within a set. These differences are very subtle, and are the nature of the printing technique, not a design fault. Quality of the prints are checked to ensure a high quality standard is achieved, and stationery cannot be refunded or replaced due to these normal printing effects.
For personalised ‘Parties’ & ‘Babies’ invitations and stationery, please allow 2-3 weeks from payment.
For personalised ‘Wedding’ invitations and stationery, please allow 3-4 weeks from payment.
See our Delivery page for further details on delivery. All The Pretty Paper Co. stationery is carefully packed to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If, for some rare occasion your goods are misplaced or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
Full payment is required before we commence the artwork for your order. We accept a variety of different payment methods depending what suits you best. See our Payment page for further details. Here at the Pretty Paper co. we understand the importance of privacy when shopping online. We respect your privacy and promise that your personal information will remain secure and confidential. We do not disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.
Unless requested otherwise, by accepting our terms and conditions, you give The Pretty Paper Co. to use your stationery as display and sample purposes. This my include, but is not limited to magazine submissions, samples to potential clients, advertising and expos.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Placing an order, submitting approval & making payment for your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
